Why should there be blowback from the people?

Here is a list, not of "political" issues, but of violations of our Constitution! Invasion of foreign countries without a Declaration of War by Congress, including fiat drone strikes The unconstitutional, privately-owned Federal Reserve Banking System that is neither federal, nor a reserve, nor or bank Unconstitutional outlawing of gold and silver based currency by introducing a fiat debt-based paper and computerized currency, creating money from nothing, resulting in a hidden Inflation Tax, to rob Americans of their monetary wealth and control them through a Cashless Society Unconstitutional bailout of national and international private financial institutions (TARP, AIG, etc.) without financial accountability to the American People USA Patriot Act and the NDAA violating the Bill of Rights Unconstitutional direct unapportioned (income) taxes on the labor of American workers Failure to enforce our existing Immigration Laws Collusion to create an unconstitutional "North American Union" and a "New (One) World Economic Order" through treaties, agreements, and Presidential Executive Orders (The Securities and Prosperities Partnership or SPP, NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, WTO, Codex Alimentarius, etc.) Every law that infringes on the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms, according to the wording of that amendment Unconstitutional foreign policy, implemented with more control and more input from United Nations and NATO than the United States, it’s people, and their lawfully elected representatives Secret computerized voting, depriving the Right to Publically Count and verify the Votes Unconstitutional 4th Amendment right to privacy violations, including the rise of the police surveillance state and the restriction of free travel (e.g. TSA pat-downs and full nude body scanners; Constant tracking with RFID-equipped National ID Cards, RFID credit cards, RFID product tags, and Open Road tolling; In-home surveillance and control from Energy Star appliances communicating via Wi-Fi and the Smart Grid through Smart Meters; Fusion centers collecting every piece of data on average citizens; and, Surveillance from cameras, drones, and GPS equipped cars and cell phones, etc.) Unconstitutional Executive Orders and "Signing Statements", such as the the unconstitutional “War On Drugs” that was initiated by a Presidential Executive Order in 1973 as an unconstitutional form of control, becoming a huge industry wasting taxpayer money, and criminalizing Americans as it did during Prohibition Unsustainable unconstitutional socialist policy and entitlements rife with fraud and abuse unjustly redistributing wealth (Obamacare, Medicare, Social Security, the welfare state, etc.) The Denial of the Right of Jury Nullification and Informed Juries Unconstitutional seizures of private property for private uses Refusal to require legal evidence establishing "natural born" citizenship status to hold the Office of President The overturning of the results of ballot initiatives by unelected Activist Judges The unconstitutional implementation of United Nations policy (e.g. Agenda 21 to globally eliminate private property under the guise of environmentalism, The Small Arms Treaty, etc.) Unconstitutional expansion and unionization of government including cabinets like the Board of Education enabling the removal of the right of parents to teach their children The unconstitutional conversion of Rights into Privileges requiring a license that can be voted away in a whim (e.g. Permission is now required to fish in the ocean) Failure of the Supreme Court to interpret the last 10 words of the 1st Amendment, which is the last of the 5 rights guaranteed by that Amendment, and those words are, "and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

Here is a list, not of "political" issues, but of abuses of the American people through corporatism as a result of collusion between government and private industry: Exposure of the public and the environment to toxins and radiation without their general knowledge or consent (e.g. BPA hormone-like toxins leeching from plastic and benzene leeching from Styrofoam food packaging, formaldehyde leeching from building materials, genetically altered GMO foods, fluoride added to the drinking water, X-rays from body scanners, RF exposure from cell phones and smart meters, tiny metalic particles raining down from geoengineering fallout, toxic artificial sweeteners and food additives, use of depleted uranium in ammunition, etc.) Note: Also see Corporatocracy

So how did we get here from our nation's founding?

Constitutional Republic - A system of government that relies on a constitution as the rule book for the government, deriving it’s just powers from the consent of the governed, where the laws are based on the natural law of discovered human nature, God given rights (such as freedom of speech, religion, assembly, press, personal defense, privacy, due process, private property, etc.) are not up for a vote, and the leadership is held accountable to the people with safe guards built in (such as the Electoral College and multiple branches of government), as well as the right for states within a republic to represent and govern themselves.

Democracy - Mob rule (i.e. "Two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner") where rights are converted into privileges that can be voted away on a whim. Democracy promises fairness to all, but not to the rights of the minority.

Dictatorship - Manipulation of the voting outcome of a Democracy, no matter how fair the people believe the elections to be, by controlling who is allowed to vote and who counts the vote, to gain total control over the people (www.blackboxvoting.org).

Technocracy - This is basically a form of government that's ran by engineers, but the future of Technocracy is much much darker than this simple definition. Think your every move being monitored and every decision being made for you automatically by computers at every moment from cradle to grave; and, it's coming (if the roots of it are not already implemented!). This is Big Brother on steroids! Think all your phone calls monitored, as well as your all your casual conversions through your cell phones (even when they are supposedly off!), with real-time speech recognition and GPS tracking. All your e-mail and on-line activity monitored (and, all that data NEVER EVER going away!). Cameras everywhere (including your cell phones) with facial recognition accessing global data bases automated via computers. The global cashless society with a biometric mark tracking your every purchase that you can't buy or sell without, based on a global currency, backed by absolutely nothing that can be personally devalued at a whim for being a bad "global citizen". RFID tracking not only your every move, but every object and person everywhere in real-time globally, including your vehicles controllable through open road tolling. Your Energy Star appliances monitoring you in your homes through the Smart Grid controlling you appliances with hidden microphones and cameras and all hooked up globally. What you eat (GMO, etc.), and what you drink (High Fructose Corn Syrup, etc.), and where you live (Agenda 21) all dictated to you. I've barely scratched the surface (e.g. Drones? Body Scanners? Family planning? Geoengineering?); and, now imagine Hitler in charge of it all (i.e. The Anti-Christ)! I'm an embedded systems software development engineer with my name on a U.S. and European patent, and decades of experience, so I think I speak with some authority; but, if you don't believe me, just Google it all (and they're tracking you doing it)!

So how close are we to a Dictatorship (never mind Democracy!)?
Well, how about if our votes are not being counted publically,
and the results are bounced around between foreign countries
before being broadcast to the American public? Yes, Technocracy!

Ok, so now you want proof, and I don't blame you. You want real data,

So "Yes", the government is at the point where they can elect themselves,
and we can't vote our way out of this,
not without going back to publically hand-counted paper ballots,
and not without requiring voter identification.

The Solution: On election days, have high-school civics day. Voters are identified for eligibility and singular voting. The voting is done in secret, but the ballots are handed by the voters through a small opening. On the other side, the votes are publically hand-counted and verified by the students and cameras broadcasting over the Internet. The totals are validated by town, city, state, and federal officials, as well as the totals being independently reported and verified by multiple web sites. These sites watch each other as they monitor the elections and report on any voting irregularities of the posted results. Any reported fraud is required to be investigated and those involved prosecuted as necessary in a timely fashion.

Q: OK, but why didn't the Mainstream Media warn us this was happening?
